Contestants keep their purchases!

So if you are up to the challenge, read on, it’s so easy to join!:

1-WHO CAN JOIN – Any bonafide female, 16 years old and above, in any size or shape!

2-THE DATE - This contest will be carried out during the bazaar’s 2nd day, Saturday,
February 11, 2011, 4pm. Names of contestants will be drawn and announced 30 minutes prior.

3-MECHANICS - Contestants will be given a budget each to buy assorted items to put together a fashion-page-worthy ensemble. 

They will be given 30 minutes to accomplish their goal: shop for the items, put them on in a designated changing room or at the store/merchant booth, and get on stage.

No two (2) items should be bought at the same store/merchant. Items should include three item categories:

1-CLOTHING,  

2-ACCESSORY 1 (Footwear), and

3-ACCESSORY 2 (Bag,  Jewelry, or Hair Accessory).

4-JUDGING - The contest will be judged by manilastreestyle.com. All three contestants will keep the outfits they buy with the given budget. The contestant who comes up with the most stylish ensemble within the given budget and time frame wins another special prize. The winner and a complete description of the outfit (i.e. price, store/merchant name, etc.) will be posted on http://www.manilastreetstyle.com/

5-HOW TO JOIN – Easy! Just come to the event on either day to register, and three entries will be picked randomly and announced at the start of the contest. Absolutely no registration or entrance fees!
